The Alliance Fastpitch was built from a shared recognition that the traditional youth softball landscape was fragmented, inconsistent, and in need of alignment. Founded by club directors, coaches, and former athletes, The Alliance brings competitors together under a unified national structure designed to put the athlete first.

Today, that vision has scaled into a national platform spanning nine regional leagues and thousands of athletes across the country, with a defined competitive pathway culminating in the Alliance Fastpitch Championship Series (AFCS).

Supported by an advisory structure with over 200 years of combined experience and an athlete driven Player Advisory Committee, The Alliance has embedded both expertise and athlete voice into how the system evolves.

We also recognize the leadership behind The Alliance Fastpitch for partnering with EchoFlag and joining us in taking a clear position against the systemic failures in youth sports, advancing independent accountability and athlete protection as the standard that other youth serving organizations will be measured against.

EchoFlag will serve as The Alliance Fastpitch’s exclusive independent third-party resource for Incident Response, Resolution, and Investigations, while also supporting athlete safety, safeguarding standards, and organizational risk mitigation across its national network.

We partner only with leaders who are aligned in the belief that protecting the youth they serve requires accountability, transparency, and action when it matters most. The Alliance Fastpitch is aligned in that commitment.

EchoFlag is proud to announce a strategic alliance with SWP (Sports Wellness Platform) whose scientific, evidence-informed methodology is used by teams and organizations around the world. SWP’s global perspective on athlete well-being provides leaders with actionable insight into psychological safety, culture dynamics, and the early warning signals that matter most.

For EchoFlag, this partnership strengthens our commitment to building a complete athlete safety and organizational accountability ecosystem, far more than any single service or division.
