INCIDENT RESPONSE & RESOLUTION

EchoFlag exists to end the silence and transform how abuse, misconduct, exploitation, and systemic failures are addressed in youth-serving organizations and other vulnerable environments.

Our Incident Response, Resolution, and Investigations Division serves as a core part of the EchoFlag ecosystem, providing aligned organizations with independent third-party incident response oversight, resolution support, investigations, and accountability-driven organizational safeguarding risk mitigation.

This work brings our mission into action: to ensure that every concern is heard, every response is measured, and every failure is met with accountability, transparency, truth, protection for the vulnerable, and fortifying the safeguarding ecosystem of our aligned partner organizations.

Backed by leadership and experts with deep experience across law enforcement, athlete safety, victim advocacy, human trafficking investigations, organizational risk mitigation, and complex investigations, EchoFlag works with mission-aligned organizations that are committed to leading with accountability and protecting the vulnerable they serve.
